KYLE SANDEL (BUCK 92 SPORTS DIRECTOR)
Hey everyone, I’m Kyle Sandel! As your Sports Director, you can catch me Monday nights at 7pm on the Buck92 Sports Show, or during your favorite local high school sports games!
As a Beal City, Michigan native, I have a great passion for the teams in our local area. I developed a great connection to sports as a kid, and it has continued to this day. This led me to pursue a Broadcasting degree at Central Michigan University. Staying in the local area was always important to me, and the program at Central allowed me to get great experience in the sports broadcasting world.
Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work in the CMU Athletics program, as well as with 100.9 the Mitt in Midland. And now with Latitude Media, it’s another great way to stay tapped in with local sports!
Growing up as a Detroit sports fan has always been a driving force to focus my career on sports. Tigers, Lions, Pistons, Red Wings all have been huge parts of my sports fandom, and created a deep passion for my love of sports.
When I’m not on the radio, I enjoy playing basketball and golf, watching movies, and spending time with family. I also dive into the podcast world by hosting a couple personal podcasts throughout my days. I guess you could say I just can’t get enough of talking sports into a microphone!
I am beyond grateful to be a part of the Latitude Media team (My1043 and Buck92), and I hope you tune in every sports season to keep up with your favorite local teams!
