The Detroit Tigers agreed to terms with their first-round draft pick Matt Manning. The Tigers offered the pitcher, taken 9th overall, a $3.5 million signing bonus, in line with his slot value. The Tigers locked up 26 of their 38 picks from this year’s draft, with the signing deadline set at July 15th.
