The Great Lakes Loons wrapped up their regular season with a 5-1 victory over the West Michigan Whitecaps Monday at Dow Diamond. West Michigan led the game 1-0 going into the 8th inning before Darien Tubbs led the Loons rally. Stevie Berman drove Tubbs in, Zach McKinstry drove Berman in for a Loons lead, and Matt Jones added the insurance with a 450 foot home run. The Loons begin their playoff run at home Wednesday against the Bowling Green Hot Rods. First pitch is set for 7:05PM.
