21-year-old Waterford man Zackery Brown was charged in an Ohio court on charges related to a crash that killed St Louis man Brenden Wale on November 10th. Brown was indicted on January 13th on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide, and operating a vehicle under the influence. His charges carry a maximum penalty of eight years in prison.
