A Mt. Pleasant man charged with bank theft & another crime in federal court, is scheduled to enter a plea. Anthony Demasi was originally charged with (3) counts of bank fraud & (3) counts of aggravated identity theft. He’s expected to plead guilty on Thursday in US District Magistrate Judge Patricia A. Morris, Bay City courtroom.
