A Saginaw husband & wife, who were first suspected of retail fraud, are now behind bars for allegedly possessing heroin. 27-year-old Olivia Fowler & her 34-year-old husband, Kevin, were arrested March 4th while under suspicion of retail fraud. Olivia’s bond is set at $25,000 while Kevin’s has been set at $50,000. Both are set for probable cause hearings at 1pm this afternoon.
