David Rosenberg, 72, of DeWitt, was sentenced in the 29th Circuit Court to 4-20 years incarceration and ordered to pay restitution to the victims’ estates. Mich AG, Dana Nessell said he was found guilty of (8) felonies, for embezzlement & stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from retired, elderly priests. The final amount of ordered restitution has yet to be set by the Court.
