Celebrities are showing their support for Jenny Mollen, after she revealed that her five-year-old son with Jason Biggs is recovering from a fractured skull after she accidentally dropped him on his head. Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the star got candid about the accident – but don’t worry, she says her little one is “taking things slowly” at home and “recovering nicely.”
“I am forever grateful to Lenox Hill Downtown and [New York Presbyterian Hospital] for their immediate response and aid,” she wrote. “It has been a traumatic week. My heart goes out to all parents who have or will ever find themselves in this kind of position. You are not alone.”
Stars like Angela Kinsey, Krysten Ritter, Elizabeth “Bitsie” Tulloch, and more have shown support for the mom. Here’s what they had to say:
- “Sending you and your family love. I am so glad Sid is okay!!” writes “The Office” alum Kinsey. “That must have been so scary. As parents we try our best but things can go south in a split second. Thank you for sharing.”
- “Oh my god Jenny that is so scary and I’m so sorry you guys are going through this,” offers Rytter. “Fast recovery for Sid! Sending love.”
- “I can’t even imagine. Thank you for sharing with us – accidents like this are probably much more common than anyone wants to admit,” notes Tulloch. “Sending lots of healing vibes to Sid and you and the rest of the family.”
- “My mom dropped us a bunch. Moms be droppin’!” writes comedian Molly Austin. “You’re doing great! I’m so glad he’s doing ok!”
