A man already charged with sexually abusing a dog is now charged with sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl. Damien Barton is facing first-degree sex crimes, in addition to the animal abuse charge. State police say they found evidence to back up the child’s claim. Barton is being held on a $250,000 bond.
