Voters across Michigan head to the polls today to decide on a number of issues, including voters in the Farwell district. The school is asking voters to renew the current millage and approve adding another mil on top of it. The 3.47 mil 25 year bond would generate $24.5 million for the district. It’d bring major changes to the Farwell School District. A wing of the elementary school, built in 1949 would be demolished and rebuilt. The district would also replace decades’ old boilers.
