The Mecosta County Sheriff’s Office says two wanted men have been captured and arrested after a foot chase. Ralph Czucko of Portage, Wisconsin was wanted for stealing a car and was captured after a short chase. Czuko’s passenger Anthony Ripley Milbrook, was captured as well. Both are also wanted in other counties for various charges.
