A man from Clio has been charged for sexually assaulting an 11-year-old child with autism. 39-year-old Dennis James Walters was arrested in the back of a public transport bus. The G.H.O.S.T. (Genesee Human Oppression Strike Team) investigation led law enforcement to a group home in Genesee County, where they have investigations and interviews being conducted.
