Representatives from HATS here in Isabella County are praising a Labrador Retriver rescue that quickly found a foster home after they were surrendered Tuesday amid a tease & threatening situation, where one of the dogs’ owners threatened staff at HATS. The male suspect allegedly threw items at their building on top of a series of threats. Police captured the man and fled into the woods near the shelter.
