Driver’s education programs around the state are considering different ways to allow students more access to drivers training programs. Michigan’s potential new drivers must be at least 14-years-of-age & 8-months to begin Segment 1 of training which is held over 3 weeks. There may be governmental benefits if school districts pick up the program with their schools. It all depends on the circumstances.
