Two Gratiot County cities are seeking nominations for awards that will be presented to their top citizens. The Alma Action Association & St. Louis Middle of the Mitten Association honors a person wit the Order the Tartan Award & Spirit of St. Louis Award respectively. Anyone can nominate a candidate for either award.
