A Michigan man who plead guilty in his disabled brother’s starvation death was sentenced yesterday to a minimum of 30 years in prison by a judge who said the defendant is “one step away from becoming a psychopath.” 21-year-old, Paul Ferguson, was guilty in December to first-degree child abuse in the death of 15-year-old Timothy Ferguson. His maximum penalty carries up to 100 years in prison.
