An ex-con from Harrison, was tailed by narcotics officers from Flint to Northern Isabella County before being stopped with more than (2) pounds of meth. 59-year-old, David Warren Tice, previously served time in federal prison for conspiracy to deliver more than 500 grams of meth, back in 2007. He’s now facing more than 40 years in state prison on (5) new felony charges.
