A 15 year old Osceola Co boy is in custody after State Police in Mt Pleasant were sent to investigate reports of “shots being fired,” Monday afternoon. He allegedly was firing random shots & pointing the weapon at people driving in the area as he walked down the road. He was quickly located & apprehended without incident. He’s currently at the Bay County juvenile detention center.
