State Police are asking for help in the search for a missing teen from Shiawassee County. 14 year old, Laila Frank is 5’4”, brown gray & blue hair & brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a baby blue sweatshirt with a multi-colored heart on the front, navy blue sweatpants with “Life is Better with Friends” on the right leg & black & white Nike shoes. She was last seen in Owosso Township & is believed to be travelling with 22 year old Justin Alan James Goins, driving a Chevy Impala with the plate DSZ-2591!
