The Mt Pleasant man who was found with meth in Harrison has been named. Magistrate Karen Willing of the 80th District Court in Harrison arraigned 37 year old Scottie Cross on delivery/manufacture of meth/ecstasy and ordered him to remain in the Clare County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bond.
