Mt Pleasant property owners won’t have to pay extra money for new sidewalks. City commissioners unanimously approved a $26 million capital improvement plan at Monday’s meeting. New sidewalks are planned for Henry between High and Broadway in 2018, and Henry between Broadway and Pickard in 2020. As part of the plan, the city delayed the paving of Lot No. 3 at Town Center for one year to consider the best use of the space.
