A Michigan appeals court has reversed a decision on the case of local vet Jan Pol. Pol was charged with negligence in treating a dog on his TV show, The Incredible Dr. Pol. A viewer in Kentucky who also is a vet watched a few minutes of the show and filed a complaint, leading to the charges against Dr. Pol.
