Ben Gunning, owner of the Golf Center has decided to drop a lawsuit citing Union Township for improper zoning procedures. Gunning said the whole point of the lawsuit was to publicly expose the township’s improper practices, they did not seek money. He said he and his wife took it as far as they could.
