An 11th inning breakdown doomed the Great Lakes Loons in a 7-5 loss to the Fort Wayne TinCaps Thursday night at Dow Diamond. Loons catcher-turned-pitcher Steve Berman couldn’t duplicate his scoreless 10th, allowing three runs in the 11th. The Loons managed to score a run of their own in the 11th, but couldn’t mount the full comeback.
