Nearly 30,000 customers across Michigan were without power THIS MORNING as the National Weather Service issued a wind advisory through 7 p.m. from Ludington through the middle of the lower peninsula including Isabella, Clare and Gratiot Counties. Southwest winds with gusts between 45 and 50 miles per hour are expected today with winds turning westerly during the day.
