A Mt. Pleasant man was found in a snowbank after being hit by a car downtown early Sunday morning. The man, whose name and age have not yet been released, was walking at Mosher and Court Street when he was hit in the crosswalk. The car left the scene. Jeff Browne, public information officer for the Mt. Pleasant Police Department said a correction officer at the nearby county jail found the victim, who was highly intoxicated, about 6:20A.M. He was taken to the hospital and sent home.
