A Secretary of State investigation has led to a Marion car dealership owner and her husband being charged with multiple crimes. The dealership was being accused of not giving titles for cars they sold. Kimberly Leonard and Richard Leonard, Jr. bought vehicles at an auction, had them delivered but never paid for them.
