The founders of a sketch comedy troupe Temple Horses are accusing “Saturday Night Live” of plagiarizing not one, but two of their works.

Nick Reggia and Ryan Hoffman, say that a sketch called “Pumpkin Patch,” that aired last October, was lifted from a 2014 piece that they shared on Youtube. Both were about having se with pumpkins.

The duo opted not to pursue the plagiarism issue in court… until it happened again last month with an “SNL” sketch called “Pound Puppy.” It was too similar to their bit called “Pet Blinders,” so they sent a letter to the show. NBC did an internal investigation and found the two sketches in question were purely the idea of “SNL” writers.

Now, Reggia and Hoffman’s lawyer is prepping for a lawsuit.
