- Dre took to IG to brag about his daughter getting to USC all on her own.
- While he wasn’t caught up in the current college admissions scandal, he did donate $70 million dollars to USC in 2013.
- He ended up taking the post down.
Dr. Dre was busy bragging about how his daughter got into the University of Southern California with “no jail time” – an obvious dig at Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman and others caught up in the college admissions scam.
The hip-hop legend made the announcement in a now-deleted IG post that featured him and his daughter with an admissions packet and a “#IGotIntoUSC” sticker. The caption said, “My daughter got accepted into USC all on her own. No jail time!!!”
While the former NWA-er, whose government name is Andre Young, wasn’t caught up in the current scandal, it should be noted that he donated $70 million dollars to the school for the creation of the Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Academy for Arts, Technology, and the Business of Innovation in 2013.
- ONE MORE THING! Olivia Jade Giannulli – Lori’s daughter – is now blaming her and her father, Mossimo Giannulli, for ruining her life. An insider said that the 19-year-old YouTube star – who lost her endorsement deals with Sephora, TRESemmé, and Estée Lauder in the wake of the scandal – is “really angry with her parents because she told them she did now want to college and she was pushed.” The source added, “Her parents were the ones who wanted her to get an education.”
