- Meghan Markle is still working behind the scenes leading up to her due date
- Prince Harry is right there with her
- He’s lightened his workload so he can support her
As we previously reported, Meghan Markle doesn’t have any more public appearances on her calendar in preparation for her fast-approaching due date. Even so, she’s still working “feverishly” in other ways.
Meghan has been meeting with some of her charities and patronages, and Prince Harry is right there with her. According to ABC’s “Good Morning America,” he’s lightened up his own workload so he can support Meghan until the big day.
“Sources close to Meghan say that like any new mom-to-be, she’s feeling somewhat nervous as the due date approaches,” Royal correspondent Omid Scobie says. “But Harry is there by her side, he’s decreased a lot of his work to be there for his wife.”
- ONE MORE THING! Depending on when Meghan gives birth this Spring, her first child could share a birthday with a few different Royals – including the Queen herself. Queen Elizabeth II’s birthday is April 21st, which was almost the day that Prince William and Kate Middletonhad their youngest, Prince Louis. So that also means Meghan’s baby could share a birthday with Louis, or Kate and William’s middle child Princess Charlotte, who’s birthday is on May 2nd.
