- Brad Pitt was cut off while speaking at a Los Angeles Board of Supervisors meeting on Tuesday
- He was proposing improvements to the Los Angeles County Museum
- He spoke past his allotted time and was told to “wrap it up”
Brad Pitt has been acting for almost three decades, so he’s used to hearing “cut” by now. But probably not outside of a movie set. The actor was “cut” off while speaking at a Los Angeles Board of Supervisors meeting on Tuesday.
Pitt was making a heartfelt proposal for improvements to the Los Angeles County Museum. Diane Keaton was also there, and kept within her allotted time… but Pitt didn’t. So, board member Janie Hahn had to tell him wrap it up mid-speech. However serious, the moment got some laughs all around.
“I see my time’s expired, I could go on for another hour,” Pitt said. Hahn responded with, “It gives me great pain to say it but wrap it up Mr. Pitt!” Pitt admitted, “We actors suffer from verbosity.” Check out a clip of the moment below.
