- Sharon Osbourne got candid about mental health on “The Talk” yesterday
- She’s struggled for years with depression and attempted suicide three times
- She’s still persevered and is proud she’s “still here” and “doing what I do”
Sharon Osbourne has never been shy about getting real – even about tough times, like Ozzy’s recent bouts of illness and injury. On yesterday’s episode of CBS’ “The Talk,” she got candid about her own struggles with mental health.
Sharon admitted that she’s one to joke, making light out of even the heavier topics. But for a minute, she wanted to get serious and make sure fans know that life isn’t always “flowers and daisies and princesses”… but that you can get through it.
She’s struggled for years with depression, even attempting to take her own life three separate times. But she’s persevered and healed – in her words, “I’m still here, I still do what I do.”
