An Alpena man already charged with sexually abusing a dog is now charged with sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl. 18 year old Damian Barton is facing first-degree sex crimes, in addition to the animal abuse charge. The girl told her mom about the assault after watching a school presentation on inappropriate touching.
