- Diana Ross says she felt “violated” by a TSA patdown
- She said the agent felt between her legs aggressively
- In a series of tweets, Ross said it made her want to cry
- The TSA says proper procedures were followed, but the investigation continues
Diana Ross has a beef with the TSA. The legendary singer has taken to social media to share that she felt “violated” by a pat down in which a TSA agent aggressively felt between her legs. The singer was in New Orleans for Jazzfest when the alleged inappropriate frisking occurred.
“OK so on one hand I’m treated like royalty in New Orleans and at the airport I was treated like sh*t,” she tweeted. “Let me be clear , Not the peiple (sic) or Delta BUT TSA , was over the top !! Makes me want to cry !!!” She goes on to say that it wasn’t what was done – as much as how it was done.
“I still feel her hands between my legs , front and back ( saying to me it her job),” Ross writes. “WOW!!really mixed emotions I always like to see the good things but not feeling good right now.” For their part, the TSA says it appears that proper procedures were followed, but that the investigation continues.
