- Kim Kardashian has become the Princess of Prison Reform.
- She helped get 17 inmates out of jail.
- Now other inmates want her to get them out.
Kim Kardashian has secured the release of 17 inmates, people in the big house are reaching out to her more than ever. She and her team of high-powered lawyers are reportedly inundated with letters, calls, emails, and social media messages from both prisoners and their relatives trying to get out of jail.
And lest you think choosing inmates to recommend for release is an easy process, know that it’s not. Sources say that The Princess of Prison Reform actually sets aside time to sift through the stories. The lawyers she’s working with – Brittany K. Barnett and MiAngel Cody – are doing the same. If Kim sees a case she feels strongly about, she brings it to the team for further research.
For the record, Kim was able to secure the release of the 17 inmates by funding the 90 Days of Freedom campaign, which is spearheaded by Brittany and MiAngel of the Decarceration Collective.
- ONE MORE THING! People are still talking about Kim’s Met Gala look. In case you missed it, she wore a “dripping wet” Thierry Mugler dress that made her waist look practically nonexistent. While people were speculating that she’d had ribs removed, her trainer credited it to good old-fashioned exercise. Melissa Alcantara said that Kim trains six days a week and is dedicated. She also pointed out that the dress was corseted. And it wasn’t an ordinary corset. She got one created by Mr. Pearl that was so tight that she was forced to stay upright the entire night. You can check out the process HERE.
