Looks like Cuba Gooding Jr.’s “friendly” ways have finally caught up with him. The New York Police Department is investigating a woman’s claim that he touched her inappropriately at a Manhattan nightclub on Sunday.
The 30-year-old claimed that the Oscar winner – who was described as “highly intoxicated” – grabbed her breast while they were socializing at a midtown bar. They started arguing and security had to break them up. He left soon after the altercation, and she called 911. The cops came, but Cuba was already gone.
At this point, the police have referred the case to the Special Victims Division. They’re looking into it as a potential forcible touching charge. Cuba hasn’t comment on the situation.
This isn’t the first time Cuba has been inappropriate with women. In 2016, he was spotted getting “beyond frisky with girls” on the Miami party scene. Also, a misdemeanor battery warrant was issued for his arrest after he pushed a female bartender in New Orleans. The charges were later dropped.
