We previously reported that Channing Tatum filed a restraining order against a woman who broke into his house and stayed there for 10 days. Now, the actor has been granted a permanent restraining order against the woman named only as Chantal.
According to The Blast, the restraining order will last for five years. Not only has the woman been ordered to stay away from the actor, but it extends to his ex-wife Jenna Dwan and their daughter Everly, too.
During yesterday’s hearing, Tatum’s attorney said that the woman emailed the attorney’s office to admit to the break-in, which occurred while the home was vacant due to ongoing renovations. In the email, she also apparently agreed to the terms of the restraining order.
