An ex-Army recruiter has been found competent to stand trial for child rape. 44-year-old Keith Clark McKearn was also found competent to go to court over the rape charges and for a scheme to try and escape from jail. McKearn is not accused of rape of any recruits he was in contact with through the Army office.
