Jada Pinkett Smith has been doing “Red Table Talk” for over a year with her daughter, Willow, and her mother, Adrienne Banfield Norris. The Facebook Live show has become the go-to for real conversations on everything from marriage and motherhood to polyamory and pornography.
Mrs. Will Smith is glad to have a show that deals with the communication. “Everybody’s hurting. Everybody’s in a struggle and we’re just figuring out, trying to figure out how to do this thing called life,” she noted. “Really, that’s what our show is about and really us sharing our own experiences of what we’ve been through and how we’ve navigated through struggle.”
Thankfully, “Red Table Talk” is up for a Daytime Emmy this year.
