Attorney General Dana Nessel said Assistant Attorney General Brian Kolodziej is under investigation for his alleged intimate contact with a woman he was representing. The Assistant Attorney General prosecuted Ian Elliot of sex crimes. Kolodziej resigned from his position in lieu of being terminated.
