A Midland man charged in the three-day disappearance of a Shepherd teen  was bound over for trial Wednesday. The Morning Sun reports that 21 year old Jefferey Robert Kaiser, of Midland, was charged with one count of accosting a minor for immoral purposes, a four-year felony
