Ex-Army recruiter, Keith McKern of Union Twp., accused of raping two children and who planned an escape plan while in the Isabella County Jail is expected to enter a plea this week. He is charged with eight counts of criminal sexual conduct. Six of those are in the first degree, which involves an authority relationship, and two in the fourth.
