A Michigan man is in custody after grabbing shopping carts in Gennessee County at a grocery store and claiming he had the coronavirus. Jonathan David-Asher Miracle is also accused of kissing the window of a police car Friday.  He is in jail but has not been tested because he is showing no symptoms.
