Flint Mayor Sheldon Neeley announced a city-wide curfew that begins at 9 p.m. tonight. He says he’s stepping up precautions, which will remain in effect for the next 30 days. If you break the curfew law (9 p.m.-6 a.m.), you can be punished with a misdemeanor—which could result in 30 days in jail and a $500 fine.
