Gov. Whitmer has signed yet another executive order. This time, expanding COVID-19 emergency declaration and formally declaring Michigan a “State of Disaster.” The order recognizes the expanded scope of economic, educational and civic dislocation and now allows the administration to address the devastation caused by the virus.
