A Midland business owner is facing a misdemeanor charge for allegedly violating Gov. Whitmer’s executive orders. Co Prosecutor, J Dee Brooks, has filed the complaint against owner & operator of High Definition Detailing! Mr Brooks says it’s the only business in Midland Co that has refused several requests & warnings to close. The city has received several complaints over the past couple of weeks about the business continuing to operate, after Gov Whitmer issued the orders!
