A Gratiot County man died after saving a 54-year-old woman who had fallen into the water from a fishing boat on Crystal Lake Thursday. The man, 59-year-old Kelly Schaffer from Perrinton, jumped in after the woman, and was pulled into a passing boat where they performed CPR on him but,Kelly was pronounced dead at the scene. The woman had been pulled to safety with no injuries,
