Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s legal battle rages on, and it seems like Brad is getting a little fed up with the fight his ex is putting up. We previously reported that the actress asked the court to disqualify the judge in her and Brad’s upcoming child custody trial… and Brad isn’t having it.
With her latest move, a source tells “Us Weekly” that Brad thinks Angie has gone “way too far this time.” While Angie accused Judge John W. Ouderkirk of “failing to disclose” that he has a working relationship with one of Pitt’s attorneys, the actor’s camp begs to differ, noting that the judge has a “well-documented history” with the former couple – like how he officiated their 2014 wedding.
“The individuals hurt most by Jolie’s transparently tactical gambit are the parties’ own children, who continue to be deprived of a final resolution to these custody issues,” Brad’s lawyers have responded. And Angie’s camp has fired back that “any delay” is on Pitt’s team and their “zealous attempt” to benefit Pitt with a “special exception.”
