The Twitterverse may have cancelled Chris Pratt, but his wife has not. In fact, Katherine Schwarzenegger came to his defense after filmmaker Amy Berg asked which Hollywood Chris – out of Pratt, Chris Pine, Chris Hemsworth, and Chris Evans – had to go.
“Is this really what we need? There’s so much going on in the world and people are struggling in so many ways,” Katherine noted. “Being mean is so yesterday. There’s enough room to love all these guys. Love is what we all need not meanness and bullying. Let’s try that.”
Mrs. Pratt wasn’t the only one coming to Chris’ defense. His “Avengers: Endgame” co-stars Robert Downey Jr. and Mark Ruffalo are also weighing in. RDJ posted a picture of himself and Pratt with a lengthy caption that invited haters to delete their social media accounts and, “Sit with your OWN defects of #character, work on THEM, then celebrate your humanness…” Meanwhile, Mark called his friend solid and added, “Instead of casting aspersions, look at how he lives his life. He is just not overtly political as a rule. This is a distraction. Let’s keep our eyes on the prize, friends. We are so close now.”
You all, @prattprattpratt is as solid a man there is. I know him personally, and instead of casting aspersions, look at how he lives his life. He is just not overtly political as a rule. This is a distraction. Let’s keep our eyes on the prize, friends. We are so close now.
