A 20-year-old Mt. Pleasant man fled a traffic stop and crashed into another vehicle Monday night. Mt. Pleasant Police initiated a traffic stop for improper plates and a suspended driver’s license but the driver sped away from High St. to North Isabella. He eventually crashed into another vehicle on Baseline. There were also two other passengers, a 37-year-old Mt. Pleasant man, and a 22-year-old Shepherd woman. They were arrested for possession of meth.
